For every 160 miles you drive you get 60 "for free" based on being 60% over epa. If you drive 20,000 miles a year then you take that number divided by 160 miles and get 125. Then multiply 125 x 60 free miles and you get 7500 free miles. Check my math but I think I'm correct (maybe)?
