I think that's the best best. $40K lot, $40K dome; free energy.

There's a single-wide tear down going on down the lane from me. The bare frame (pretty straight) is $15-2500. Good foundation if you it want to be mobile.

I ran some numbers a while back with the Summit Structures sales guy. IIRC, a 10x24 tiny house shell was such that a $8-10K utility pod and an Ikea kithcen and bath could cost $28K.

There is another rent-to-buy shed factory down the street turning out 40ft units.
