'open diffuser' on Prius
At Bonneville, with 'Spindletop'( 1984 CRX HF ):
* the 'nose', rear skirts, boat-tail with 'open' diffuser = 91.73-mph top speed.
* By 'closing' the diffuser down to the 2.8-degree upslope, top speed improved to 96.03-mph.
