Honda CG 160 converted into tricycle, used for home delivery of bottled propane

Had maximum speed not been so low (60km/h or around 37.2MPH) honestly I would be quite tempted to get one for private usage. Sure would also consider a smaller and lighter cargo body, in order to keep a reasonable accelerating with a taller rear-end which would be required to increase maximum speed to at least 90km/h.

It's no longer so common to see those motorcycle-into-tricycle conversions in my hometown as it used to be 10 to 15 years ago, yet they used to be fairly common for propane delivery.

It's shaft-driven, with reverse through that auxiliary gearbox bolted where a chain would be fitted to the engine casing in a stock motorcycle.
