Koenigsegg had already stated the production version of the Gemera will be available "optionally" with the V8 currently fitted to the Jesko. Which has camshafts... Not sure if it will be just an extra-cost option, or the only effective way to release a production version of the Gemera at all.
Maybe the only effective way to make a camless engine will be a 2-stroke, to which (considering the gassers) a turbo is unsuitable because of the total-loss oiling...
