I call shenanigans...
The device is from a company (Save the World Air, INC) that sells fuel magnets with a claim "enhance fuel efficiency up to 33%"..... As such, my respect and general feeling of credibileness is low.
Why is it that I can't find any contact information for the houses that did the testing? And why so many testing firms out of the US - where the device was developed....
The fuel that goes into your motor is almost completely burned. We're talking ~2% is leftover. the combustion itself isn't the problem.
