Fire that ride up and betcha it's driveable when the lift kit gets up to pressure.
Sign on front wheel says they are installed.
That look of disrepair is intentional engineering and in no way a detriment.
Just would hate to drive it down a LA street because it screams pull me over to inspect. Aka chip bait.
