I use this Ryobi combo compressor/inflator weekly and recommend it. It takes a while to fill a car tire, but the nice thing about it is you set the inflation pressure and then walk away while it fills.

Their compressor without the inflator is junk, and makes a high pitched squeal like it's dying.
