Nope! Not for the wind tunnel. Only the 'new' boat-tail will see actual road service.

If the numbers taste good enough, then the prototype components can serve as 'plugs', from which plaster splash tooling could be created for laying up the actual composite boat-tail and trailer body parts.
Should that be the case, then, yes, it'll be articulated. And probably just a simple, tailored, inflated structure, like GOODYEAR's, US ARMY inflatable airplane, deployed only after up to cruise velocity.
