For CARB it is only Class 2B (10,000 lbs and under)

The GVWR will surely be under 10,000.
I saw another comparison between the Rev and the Ramcharger. As the frame and suspension seem to be shared the Rev has up to a 2700 pound payload vs the Ramcharger's 2625. So it would appear the Ramcharger is 75 pounds heavier with a full tank of fuel than a standard range Rev with a 168 kWh battery. It also comes with a 229 kWh option which I'm sure makes the Rev much heavier.
With a 2700 pound payload the truck itself is not going to weigh more than 11,300. My guess is it will weigh about 7365 pounds to put the GVWR at that 9990 pound limit for what normally is considered a 3/4 ton vs a one ton.
