I prefer all those things in a house.

I want blinds that are computer controlled, opening for the angle of the sunlight when heat gain is preferred, and closing to the angle of sunlight when heat rejection is preferred. I'd pay 5x the price for blinds if they reliably incorporated that functionality.

...I just recently replaced the junk exhaust vent the builder saved $5 on with a humidity sensing one that is 10x more energy efficient 2x more air volume, and 1/4 the noise.
