Of all the undercoating materials I have seen in my few (30) years working on this stuff.
I don't believe I have ever seen one that reduces thin enough to be put out through a garden sprayer.
Most of them require a dedicated spray system simply because of the viscosity of the product as it is sprayed.
The ones that come out thin like paint have chemicals in them that promote foaming and froth and look really nasty as they go on, not to mention that they also tend to splatter more.
The ones that go on smoother are also thicker as they exit the sprayer.
Buy a HVLP gun and get the correct spray nozzle for the material you wish to use.
