Well, driving slower would probably help you most.

But, I realize that may not be possible. Pulse & glide would greatly help you out.

For mods, the regearing would definitly help as well as any aero mods for the speed you are driving. Check the list of 60+ mods for other ideas.

What do you mean by a rear grill?
