It's faster, it's more powerful, it looks (better/worse, depends on your tastes)!

And it has less room inside, including a smaller rear hatch, which I don't mind, but some complain about this.

I don't like not having a spare tire, that's what I don't like about the new Prius personally. But that's not to say you can't put a spare tire and jack in the rear and fasten them down some how.

The Camry Hybrid has more leg room and a spare tire, but less cargo space and slightly less fuel mileage, for $1,205 more (base model)
