Yes, I've been tempted to buy a Bolt.
But as it stands:
- You never know if the dealer has knocked off the tax credit off the price or not, meaning you have to research each and every car's actual price.
- There's still some doubt as to whether the federal tax credit will apply to those of us who may not have a tax liability of the entire $4,000 or $7,500 for the year the vehicle would be purchased in. In simple terms, it's still not clear if I got that as a point-of-sale if I'd have to pay all or part of it back because of not making enough money.
