Yes, I've been tempted to buy a Bolt.

But as it stands:
  1. You never know if the dealer has knocked off the tax credit off the price or not, meaning you have to research each and every car's actual price.
  2. There's still some doubt as to whether the federal tax credit will apply to those of us who may not have a tax liability of the entire $4,000 or $7,500 for the year the vehicle would be purchased in. In simple terms, it's still not clear if I got that as a point-of-sale if I'd have to pay all or part of it back because of not making enough money.
