Not just for sale, but also open to anyone uttering support of the en vogue ideology. The people uttering it can even do so in jest, and it's accepted science.
What do we do? Research, the publishing process, and peer review is still the most reliable way to discover how the universe works.
When the gatekeepers are compromised, the only solution is new gatekeepers.
