Racist Youtube has videos from a year ago and 2 months ago. They all show an outrigger to the opposing rail.
My introduction was at INVENTIONS THAT WILL SOON CHANGE THE WORLD ▶3 @ 10:19 where it obfuscates the outrigger but does have four landing gear. I think the outrigger is for public demonstrations, the one shot at the end may have been empty.
