Trust me, you don't want an angled blade. Hit a high spot and you are falling down. Want a dual sided blade that parts the snow evenly.

Up to 4" depth powder, my walk behind wheelie thing doesn't take much effort so you could push it with a bike. Sloppy sierra cement, maybe 1/2" for the same effort after waxing the blade plus figuring out where to throw the stuff. Also don't want more than a 16" wide one either.
