So... at a guess; what's happening here is all the sites selling papers they get for free... can very well afford to spend some of that profit on bribing your ISPs into saying Sci-Hub is sus..!
Do take 10 mins to look up what Sci-Hub is and why it is...
Then perhaps another 5 to write your ISP and tell them to Fo Guck themselves!
