I need to understand the physics here, So, if the pictured bike was operating at say a speed of 150 mph, the top of the front tire would be moving forward at a relative ground speed of 300mph, if the rider somehow shifted his position forward on top of said tire, and had 100% adherence to said tire, and the bike had infinite momentum, the bikes rider would be launched forward at 300mph?

That would be worth watching.
