Kinda yes and no on the license plate. Had a mandated metal tag with the registration number, aircraft fiuselage assembly serial number, date of manufacture, on a fuselage access cover. Had another in the cockpit. Had the registration number in 24" high letters that took half a wing, but those I had to paint on. Nothing required by Alaska or Cali or Nevada
