That's a Bianco. It was made using a Volkswagen drivetrain by an Italian named Ottorino Bianco, better known as Toni Bianco. AutoLatina was that joint-venture operated by Ford and Volkswagen in Brazil and Argentina from '87 to '96, not related to the Bianco at all. I have already seen a few Biancos on the wild, but they're rare in Brazil too.
