It has 4x 40v 6Ah batteries = 960 Wh. Dad actually had a proper interlock installed in the breaker panel, so it's plug and play.

I'm critical of how much stuff he buys, but he did have an "extra" generator when I needed one during the week of no power.
My brother lost power for a couple days in a big windstorm a few months back. He kept his fridge powered off of his F150s factory 400 watt power inverter. He didn't much enjoy his 2 days so he went out and bought a 7000 watt inverter generator then self installed a disconnect on his panel and labeled all the "essential" breakers in the box and installed a soft start oh his central AC along with installing a smaller portable AC in his room. Also switched to 5g internet service as the cable moden went down. I figured thar would guarantee he would never lose line power again but sure enough a month ago it went down for a few more days and everything worked as planned.
