I'd often thought of a propane conversion, every one of the problems on my '76 was fuel system related, a pressurized gasseous system sounds awesome. Seems like a waste without a turbo/supercharger/high-compression build and advanced timing though.
Are you using dual mixers? I always had my eye out for one of those 4bbl arizona manifolds for the easiest swap. Even seems like a fuel injected man. could be made to work with some modification.
