On wings, the sharper the leading edge the more violent the stall. Very bad juju high speed close to the ground. Worse on laminar wings profiles. Nasa recommended a 2" radius on full size profiles and a bit of semi symmetrical offset towards the upper surface. Otoh, no severe penalty if a car looses lift due to stall.
