Yes the 1st video is all about sucking exhaust heated air through a small cylindrical air filter, the bottom end of which is submerged in fuel, wicking it up.
(maybe it's an oil filter element)

He says that this works better than a bubbler as a bubbler only evaporates the lighter fractions, leaving a sticky mess.

In the 2nd video he simply passes the above mixture through a pipe heated by the exhaust.

There is a bit steel rod in the center of the pipe where some sort of Geet magnetic effect is supposed to happen.
I dont know about that but the heat will certainly vapourise any fuel that isn't already.
Partial Oxidation will turn some of it into Hydrogen and Carbon Monoxide. (burnable)

But My point is:

When you watch the video the guy really seems genuine..???
I also NB that these Geet type devices just wont go away, so there might just be something to them?
