Well no luck either phoning and explaining the problem at JET, It got me only, "Let me interrupt you there, we no longer handle customer support requests over the phone. Email only."

So, third time is the charm....I asked for the email address, wrote the problem up and sent it in. The reply was, yes the 30 figure was wrong, it should have been 40.

I asked if this was a calculated figure or an actual read figure from the PCM. The rep said it was a read, and asked that I send in my PCM's calibration file, "but heads up, it'll be some time before we can look at it."

I wrote back that I wasn't comfortable re-programing my PCM with unexplained parameter errors. I said if they couldn't say when they would look at the issue I was concerned about it maybe taking longer than the return window, if I had to (This was a $400+ purchase.)

The rep simply replied that it would take longer than the return window, so I could return it if I didn't want to wait.

So that's what I did.

Sorry folks, but not worth it to me.
