120k lumens is ok but what is the emitting device?
I just did a search for duckduckgo.com/?q=largest+handheld+flashlight&ia=web. I saw figures of 100, 120 and 200 thousand and picked the middle number.

The 'World's Brightest Flashlight' Is No Joke: IMALENT SR32 Review
Jan 8, 2024The IMALENT SR32 weighs almost 5 pounds, has a shoulder strap, and can blast 120,000 lumens of light more than 2,000 m. This is the world's brightest flashlight, at least for now.
edit: The situation in New Jersey reminds me of the London Blitz or the Battle of Los Angleles. Instead of counter-drones or fancy auto-tracking ground units, an anarchistic neighborhood with a half dozen flashlights could triangulate anything in the sky, giving clearer identification, size and altitude information.
