That's wy I would take the weight bias into account while planning some mods to a trike like that.

AFAIK they're not illegal in my country. Odd enough, it's easier to register a motorcycle converted into trike than a quad in my country, even though in neighboring Uruguay it's easier to find quads registered as road-legal.
