SA is very annoying when he speculates about common knowledge topics, or things that can be answered in a 2-second query.
I managed a listen this morning as the chaos unfolded around me. Made it to the hospital and completed work ahead of expectation, and gave the extra touch of customer care with the remaining time. I prefer interaction with people over working from home.
