Maybe in the last few years. The last two computers I purchased are the size of a deck of playing cards. It's to the point where the limitation is cable connections. Power, Ethernet (else power over Ethernet), USB keyboard and mouse, audio, an HDMI or two , DVI for a wecam... That's up to eight connections, not to mention the GPIO bus.
They will run just as happily headless, with a single POE cable connection HAT.
