There is a Lukoil gas station in Rochester NH that is selling 87 octane for $1.99 today. I think it is there grand reopening or something. When I FAS'd by there were about 20-25 cars lined up and a Police Officer directing traffic.

The station is located on RT 11 just off the RT 16 at exit 15. If you are interested.
