Hi, I now drive a 93 Geo Metro GSi.

Previous vehicle was a 2003 Safari Van @ 18 mpg.

I am the second owner of the GSi, the previous owner was a lady who babied the little 2 door coupe.

The Canadian Metro GSi uses the Suzuki L4 1.3 motor.

I curently estimate fuel consumption at 48 mpg (US Gals).

This is really good and it has been checked over 10 fill ups.

Years and years ago I drove a Austin Mini with a 850 cc motor and I don't think it ever gave as good a miles per gallon as the Geo Metro.

I want to build the MPGuino fuel monitoring computer system so I can cruise at the most economical speed etc.

Also I want to fit a aftermarket cruis control for highway cruising.

My goal is to get over 50 mpg from the Metro.
