My wife went at 6 am right as the polls opened but traffic was so snarled and no parking was available she skipped out...would have been at least 90 minute wait. I left work early and walked into the same precinct at 3pm and was the only voter in the place until I was ready to turn in the ballot. The only wait I had was 1 minute while the poll workers quit their gabbing and realized someone was waiting on them. Went home, told the wife, and she left and was back within 30 minutes.
Also, I live in Chesterfield County...one of the places the federal DOJ(?) investigated after the primary was handled badly.
