what's the old saying? most accidents happen close to home?
I would really prefer if they rated not based on statistical averages but more of a punishment system. Start at x/yr, every 5 years reduce it by a factor and every incident will multiply by a factor... I've NEVER had a claim or seen flashing lights, but i have paid high rates for years because I'm a young male driver.... i want my money back
