Help me decide the shape of my grille block openings!

Now that winter is upon us, I've decided to block off the lower grille opening on my Vibe. Doax has run his through the winter with a complete block, but I'm thinking of providing a small opening, if for no other reason than a little style. I thought it'd be fun to get your input on the shape of the openings.
I don't have photoshop, so you'll have to use your imagination coupled with my grid paper scratchings. Here's a shot of what I'm looking at;

The first candidate is a shape that would echo the Vibes original upper grille opening.

Candidate two is two circles. Like the LoPresti cowling openings on newer aircraft like Mooneys and Pipers.

Candidate three would be triangles.

And candidate four would be a centrally placed oval, like the cowling opening on a Piper Turbo Saratoga. The Vibe has a central post that would be visible. I would probably apply some black tape or paint to help it disappear.
