This is going back a few years but I remember the diner being like a very small house (tan colored maybe) on the side of the highway as you exit the east side of town...heading towards Towanda.
The other crazy lot of equipment in Troy is the place they sell all that new farming equipment. There's alot of farms there but there were like 50 pieces of huge farming equipment being sold...who buys all that stuff (probably priced in the hundreds of thousands of dollars).
