I think that if your 90-day is 100, and this tank gets 80... then how could that possibly be called a win?
The only thing I can think of is to see who can get the highest percentage of their 90 day. If you 90-day is 20mpg and you get 18, then your score is 90. If your mpg is 100 and you get 95, then your score is 95... same thing would work in the opposite direction. If your mpg is 50 and you get 54, then your score is 108
