Sean, that would be fair.
To take my previous example, a 20 mpg car vs a 100 mpg one. If the 100 mpg car pulls 98 mpg and the 20 mpg pulls 19 mpg, how it's setup right now the 20 mpg car would win. One mpg at 20 mpg is a lot more fuel than at 100 mpg.
The same problem swings back to other way when the 100 mpg car does better. If the 100 mpg car pulls a 102 and the 20 mpg car pulls 21, the 100 mpg car would win. Whereas it should have been the 20 mpg car.
