Forget this system. I have had this system fitted to my vehicle since August 2008.
To date it has recorded no improvement in fuel economy, (I have 7 months of test data prior to the installation of this system and 3 months post data for you to compare.)
To this date it has recorded no improvement in emissions, (at my last vehicle test the emissions were higher than previous tests and I have the official UK test station data to back this up.)
Please be aware that when Mr Heeley road tests your vehicle he will switch off everything that might increase power requirements. He will also use his own test route and report a favourable test figure. If like me you have climate control switched on during normal useage, a standard load and a fixed daily route your fuel/emissions data may not change favourably.
As one earlier correspondent suggested, George Heeley is extremely busy. (and will take time to respond.) I have complained to him since August 2008 about the failure of his system and his total lack of interest in resolving the issues, (if you wish I can forward ALL CORRESPONDENCE BETWEEN US (I am meticulous at keeping records.)) At the time of writing I have given a deadline for the removal of the system and a full refund. The response was that the system would be removed during week commencing 24th November 2008, One full week after the deadline I had given. His chosen deadline has been and gone and I still have the offending item installed in my vehicle. As a result of previous correspondence with Mr Heeley I sincerely doubt that there will be a solution without resorting to legal proceedings.
All of the above can be proven. I have recordings of telephone conversations and emails received and sent. Based on my experience, (and I do emphasise this is my experience only.) This system has failed to achieve any of it's stated performance figures.
I cannot advise if this system is good or bad. I can only relate my personal experience.
