Yeah reading through their site its a high-flow intake. . .High-flow unless carefully maintained as is said above causes engine damage and does not improve anything.
I've got one and pretty much every week to keep the thing clean I wash it and coat it with a thin film of oil(not the stuff the filter company sells, I found a substitue company and bought bulk)
