LOL... I suppose flooring it for .25 miles uphill is cheaper in the long run than your average "budget therapist" at $125/hour.

I'll give you that one. I'm waiting to really implement P&G on the 150 mile trip to my dad's house over the Christmas season... it's 90% highway, and usually pretty empty.

This of course, means that I can go 70-50-70 if I wanted to... Or any range of speeds that I can support in 5th gear... say 70-40-70.. (probably wouldn't be any good.. but hey, I can do it.)

And, my wife sleeps most of the 3 hour drive, so she can't complain that I'm slowing down...

She doesn't understand that I'm maintaining an "average" speed of X MPH... she's never been too good at math.. she just thinks that it's taking longer because I keep slowing down, and she's technically right, if I were planning on keeping 75MPH the whole way... but I can handle 60-65MPH average.

(I'll probably accelerate faster than I coast down... so my avg speed will be higher.)
