Well, I don't think I have an overheating problem. The scangauge just shows it running warm. The car's gauge shows it exactly where it is supposed to be. I need to get my IR temp gun on it one of these days come spring to see the actual temp.

I'll be keeping the A/C just because. I don't use it much, but its nice to know I have it. Plus, the wife likes it.

The previous mods would be my doing from a previous life.

As for the head work. I was originally thinking about doing something similar to David Vizard's PolyQuad technique. However, his work didn't show all that great of improvments in the rpm band I drive. So, I'm reading up on a few other things and haven't come to any specific conclusions yet.
