I definately will be doing wheel covers at all fours and will be looking into the suggested 'Zeus fasteners'. When I do make major body modifications to alter the rear slope/roof line, I believe I will start behind the drivers door. Your design, starting downward after the rear doors, does leave room for additional passengers and would probably be more usable.
