When I first got my Geo Metro 1 ltr I removed 70 lbs. I did remove the passenger side mirror but absolutly hated that mod so I put it back on. I still get 50-57 mpg at 65 mph. I might try that inside mirror mod on the pasenger side in the spring....no problem with seeing it since there is no front passengers seat and no passenger to hinder the view of it.
