wait till your car is cool - a couple hours!!!
remove your rad cap
Idle it till it warms up and coolant starts to overflow out the rad cap (be enviro-friendly and catch that coolant).
Idle it for about 10 more minutes to allow all the air out - as you see it bubble over, pour more coolant in. Be on top of it or it will suck back air.
