Well, Darin mentioned my goals were not very solid. So, here is a more elaborate and solid post.
Here is what I had for 08:

I almost had the Matrix goal nabbed with its underbody panel and newer grill block. Never got to the wheel skirts. I think I peaked sometime in the summer with a 90 day average of 39.X mpg. Pretty close.
09 Matrix goal: 45 mpg 90 day average

The Paseo average tank was fairly easily gotten through none of the modifications listed. Simply good ecodriving lead me to an average of 57ish mpg over the summer months.
09 Paseo goal: 60 mpg 90 day average
These goals are gonna be pretty darn hard to hit, especially on the Matrix. But, that is the goal!
I'm also not gonna list mods as I change my mind too much and have no idea how much time I'll be able to spend on them...
