Started on a belly pan

I got ahold of some sign material and redid my front bumper (it had cracked where some jersey hit me in the parking lot.) into one solid piece instead of 8 signs duct taped together. But it came in a 4X8 sheet and I still had a 4X6 sheet left, what to do?

Smoothness! The car is feels quieter at highway speeds, the only real noise at this point coming from the mirrors and the windshield. Hopefully this helps fuel range too. It will probably be minor though.

The only real downside is while this is some tought stuff, I dont know if its:

"I'm brucey and this is lesbaru and I can make it over that hill." tough. I'm probably going to end up tearing hte material, but doing a fully belly pan in 1/2 inch HPDE like I want to is just too expensive right now. I tore my first belly pan (made from bug screen) in less than a day.

Also: Its not going to melt. I just drove everywhere and then let it idle for 20 minutes and the material wasnt even warm.
