The plow works great on loose snow but has troubles on the crusty frozen stuff as does any plow. I used it the other day to dig my mother's CRV out of a 10" slushy (unfrozen but heavy) windrow. It just chugged along and carved it up. I'm blown away by the power of this thing. The Electraks have the most incredible torque because they are electric and traction because they have all those batteries on board. On snow and ice, though, it starts slipping more easily. This year I missed the light fluffy stage so I will try to blow as much as I can.

It still has the remote capabilities but I'm having problems with glitching so I have not tried snow throwing with it on remote.
