I have a Ford Aspire as well. -10 is about where the threshold of keeping speed or losing it is on my car too. However...when I reinstalled the aeromods i had taken off due to an oil leak (cardboard practice pieces) my vacuum on the highway was slightly more at the same speeds. I drive the same boring way home every night at 2am so i know mentally where the needles and rpms should be along my route. Realizing this I did the worst thing...speed up...lol. Several tanks in a row and the extra consumption has not been noticeable, going from 65 to 75. As everyone can see by not driving 56mph I'm not being hardcore and eeking the best out. I think a solid gain with data is exactly that no more no less. The gauge itself helps me on hilly terrain, and to put me back into character when im not driving well, just as a scangauge makes you behave when it flashes under 20mpg for a little car.
